A horse intense beginner through intermediate equestrian day camp for youth ages 8-18. This camp is for anyone from beginner to intermediate riders. The program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Campers will not only learn about horses, but will also learn how horses think and how horses can teach the camper life skills. Having fun and being safe while leading, saddling and riding a horse are a top priority. The day will include horseback riding along with other fun activities in the barn like horse chores, crafts, and bonding with fellow campers on ground work training. Intermediate riders have the ability to add basics learned in beginner classes and add skill such has how to balance and feet placement, leads and loping, bareback riding and learning the jumping basics.
Camp Cost: $375
The week will end with a horse show for the parents. Campers will receive a picture of themselves with one of the horses they rode during camp, and a completion certificate.
Notes:
Camp registration deadline is two weeks prior to camp start date.
Registration form for summer youth camps is an online form EMAILED to you after you purchase the camp week.

Campers must be checked out by a pre-approved adult (this includes campers who are carpooling with another camper). Be prepared to show I.D. at checkout.
Closing Program & Presentation - Parents are encouraged to attend!
